The Hellenic Data Management Symposium (HDMS) is the annual forum for the Greek database community to present and discuss recent advances for data-intensive applications. The 17th HDMS will be held between July 8-9, 2019 in Athens, Greece.
In addition to state-of-the-art research from Greek researchers inside and outside of Greece, for the first time this year the Symposium will open the meeting to the Greek startup community with successful startups from Greek founders as well as Greek VCs to participate in the conference with presentations and posters in a dedicated “Greek startups” session. Furthermore, HDMS 2019 will feature two keynotes: Alkis Polyzotis - Google and Kostas Tzoumas - Ververica (ex Data Artisans).
