The UPSKILLS Project is organizing an event on "Best Practices and Guidelines for Research-Based Teaching". The event will take place on Friday 4th of November 2022, 09:30 am - 15:45 pm (CEST), at the Inntel Hotels Utrecht Centre, The Netherlands. Online participation is possible as well. This one-day event focuses on best practices and guidelines for incorporating research and research infrastructures into teaching, as the demand for research skills in language-related domains is constantly growing. The first part of the programme will present the guidelines, whereas the second part will show how they have been implemented in the curricula by the consortium partners. Furthermore, the relationship between research and the industry will be addressed in an effort to show how typical problems encountered in industry workflows have been integrated into students’ assignments.
